Dr. Atkins earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2015 and completed his internal medicine residency there from 2015 to 2018. Fully licensed in Texas, he is affiliated with University Medical Center, where he provides comprehensive care for both inpatient and outpatient populations. In 2025, Dr. Atkins announced the expansion of his practice to Houston, Texas, broadening access to his high-quality primary care services.
